Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 27, 2026

1. Overview

PolyVerify is operated by a private individual, ChrisXYZ. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the service and how that data is handled.

2. Data We Process

PolyVerify may process:

  • search inputs (wallet addresses or profile URLs you submit),
  • derived on-chain analytics and cached results,
  • technical metadata such as timestamps, route usage, and performance metrics,
  • session/access control cookies required for authentication or usage limits.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to operate the service, return analytics results, improve speed and reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

PolyVerify uses browser storage and cookies for session continuity, rate/access controls, and user interface preferences. You can clear local storage/cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working correctly.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, RPC/data providers, authentication, and blockchain APIs). Those providers may process technical request data under their own policies.

6. Data Retention

Cached analytics and operational logs may be retained for performance, product metrics, and security. Data retention periods may change based on operational needs.

7. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International Use

If you access PolyVerify from outside the operator's home jurisdiction, you understand your data may be processed in other countries where hosting providers operate.

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with a revised effective date.
